Development Manager | Residential Land Development

The Company:
LandCore is a private development company with over 40 years of experience delivering high quality land development projects. The opportunity has become available to join our tight knit group and work across multiple projects in a variety of different stages of each project.

The Role:
Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Independently manage land development projects.
• Manage and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure that targets and budgets are met.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date project feasibilities, budgets and project programs.
• Arrange and manage civil and landscaping contracts.
• Manage sales and marketing activities and budgets.
• Manage Estate presentation and maintenance.
• Complete monthly project reporting duties.

Requirements/Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience within land developments.

• Proven experience in managing land developments and managing consultants and contractors.
• Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in preparing and managing financial models, budgets, project programs etc.
• Experience in preparing and managing Microsoft Project programs and EstateMaster feasibilities and budget models.
• Professional communication and good interpersonal skills.
